These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Skin Scanner mobile application and related services (the “App” and the “Service”). Please read them carefully.
The AI Skin Scanner uses advanced artificial intelligence to evaluate images of skin lesions and moles. It is developed using an extensive body of dermatological research, clinical guidelines, and trusted medical literature, including materials available from sources such as:
• Pubmed
• American Academy of Dermatology (AAD)
• National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI)
By regularly incorporating relevant clinical updates, the AI system improves its ability to detect visual patterns that may be consistent with both common and less common skin conditions. While the app does not offer a medical diagnosis, it provides an informational visual analysis aligned with established dermatological references. Each image submitted is analyzed through AI-driven pattern recognition, comparing visual features against comprehensive medical reference patterns. Users receive a preliminary visual analysis along with educational insights, helping them make informed decisions about seeking professional medical advice.
1.1. Who we are. The Service is provided by Cloud Computing Technology Sp. z o.o. (“AI Skin Scanner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. Acceptance. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.3. Other documents. Our Privacy Policy forms part of the legal framework for the Service and explains how we process personal data. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding privacy matters, the Privacy Policy prevails for those matters.
1.4. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in the App). Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
“Assessment” means the informational output produced by the Service based on an Image and, where applicable, questionnaire responses.
“Image” means a photo of a skin area you choose to submit through the App for analysis.
“Subscription” means a paid plan purchased through the Apple App Store (or other store where available) that provides access to paid features under the plan limits.
